The development of this ghost estate was undertaken on behalf of Ulster Bank. The scope of the project which was given to Harte Civil was take control of the development site which had been previously abandoned, complete all site works and provide services to all individual plots.
The project was one of the first of its kind. The site team carried out extensive surveys firstly to determine the extent and quality of the existing works and then what was the most economical way of completing the project. On site crushing of rock resulted in extensive cost savings for the client and reduced the overall carbon foot print of the project.
