The Company Directors are committed to the management and implementation of safe working practices on site. This commitment is installed into all members of site teams where pre-planning safety requirements are a fundamental part of site management.
It is strict duty of all employees to conform to our safety policy and practices; and to carry out their responsibilities as detailed in our Health & Safety policy and in accordance with any other relevant legislation. Employees with specific responsibilities safety health and welfare must properly delegate these in their absence. All employees who authorise work must ensure the safety, health and welfare of all persons involved, directly or indirectly.
We also undertake to consult all staff and employees on matters of health and safety and all employees are encouraged to their duties under the 2005 act in notifying the person responsible for safety of any hazards which they identify in the work place. All employees will be made fully aware of their specific duties in relation to their safety, health and welfare and of their own personal responsibility to avoid injury to both themselves and others working in their environment.
